  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

  • A deposit of 25% is required on booking, the balance being due no later than one month before the holiday commences. For short breaks and bookings within one month of the holiday, the full amount is payable immediately. Deposits are non-refundable. Should you cancel after paying the final balance, the amount paid will only be refunded if we can re-let the cabin for the length of your booking.

  •  We strongly advise you to take out holiday cancellation insurance. 

  • The letting week runs from 4:00pm Saturday to 10:00am the following Saturday, except for short breaks. 

  • A representative will be able to confirm the arrangements for access to the property. 

  • All electricity and gas, e.g. for heating, lighting, and cooking, is included in the tariff. Please advise the property representative if you wish to charge an electric vehicle.

  • Bed linen, duvets and tea-towels are provided and included in the tariff. Bath towels are also included.

  • A children's high-chair and travel cot is available free of charge if required. Please state your requirements at the time of booking. Please note that you should bring your own bedding for the travel cot

  • Two well behaved pets may be allowed - please enquire. A charge of £4 per dog per night is payable, or £25 per dog per week. Any pets should on no account be left unattended in the property or in the grounds.

  • Due to strict insurance regulations we must ask you not to smoke or have any naked flames in the lodge, except for the tea lights in the holders provided.

  • There are laundry facilities in the lodge for washing, drying and ironing. 

  • The lodge has a TV &  hi-fi and a selection of films for guests to use. The lodge also has music CDs, books and games.

  • Short breaks (up to three nights at weekends and up to four nights midweek) are available, subject to availability and time of year. Please phone for prices.

  • No liability is accepted by Greenscene Holiday Company for loss or damage to hirers' property, including, but not limited to baggage and motor vehicles, however caused, nor for any mishap or accident to persons whilst on the premises. The owners reserve the right to refuse admission, or to terminate the let for any persons who in the opinion of the owners is acting in a dangerous or unruly manner which may cause danger or damage to the facilities. In any such case, fees paid will NOT be refunded. 

  • We want your stay in our lodge to be as enjoyable as possible; should you have any special requests with regards to your stay with us, please ask when you book. We will always go "that extra mile" to accommodate your wishes if possible.
